I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and helpful friendly staff. However, there was a minor issue with the room temperature on the first night. The location was convenient for my visit to the O2 Academy, but the neighborhood lacked charm. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering enough choice and a hearty breakfast. Overall, a good value for the price.

On the bright side, the hotel offers everything needed and is conveniently close to popular attractions like Hampden Stadium. Overall, a good deal if you value convenience and cleanliness despite some minor drawbacks.

The hotel had good size and spotless rooms, which seemed a tad bit bigger. Although the room was absolutely freezing cold, which left me and my mum not well, they were comfortable and well-sized. The service was friendly and helpful when our flight was canceled, but it seemed to lack dedication and training during our stay. The location was excellent for the Merchant City area of the town, but it is in a semi-industrial unattractive area across from a Mosque. The dining experience can be hit or miss, with good breakfast options previously but sometimes slow at topping up the breakfast buffet. Facilities were adequate.

The hotel was average priced but definitely not worth the money I had paid for. The rooms were cold, and I couldn't turn the heating up from the original booking of 6 rooms I had requested from a previous visit. The service was a bit anxious, especially with the wait to be seated, and it was not overcrowded for breakfast or dinner. However, I was outside my room and had to ignore the buzzer. The location was very friendly, with a 5-minute walk into the city center and accessible for taxi travel elsewhere in the city. There was about a 10-minute walk outside the city center, around shops and lots of bars and restaurants at Merchant City, located near the O2 Academy for a gig. The dining experience is mediocre; you can reach the city center and restaurants, but forget about breakfast, even though they serve an excellent breakfast at £269. Hot dogs are also an option.
